Major landmarks like Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía are just 5-8 minutes away. Great public transport connections with direct buses from train and airport stations. Accommodation is only available for temporary stays of more than 30 days. It is mandatory to sign a contract after booking and send a document proving the reason for the trip, which must be for work, health, or study purposes (never for tourist purposes).
